Most of what we refer to as “AI” is actually a version of machine learning or connected databases that create the illusion of intelligent interaction with machines. And no, Alexa and Siri don’t really know what you’re thinking. Not yet anyway – we’re still around 30 to 40 years away from “true” AI.
